Founded by Kelli R. Williams, she had a dream of breaking into the management scene as a Fashion Icon and as a Business Mogul. Not only has she helped those in fashion, but also in the talent and business world overall. Kelli has over 13 years experience within her respective industry, appearing in national publications such as SwagHer Magazine, MoodSwing Magazine, Level 21 Fashion Magazine, Emerge Magazine, Women and Shoes Magazine, Diversity Works Magazines, SC Voyager Magazine, National Blog and other media outlets such as being featured on the Jazzi Lou Podcast, Tiffany J Podcast, On Point Radio Show.

As the CEO and Lead Business Strategist of M-WAM Management Company, she has helped dozens of business owners and entrepreneurs better understand their niche and develop sound business strategies to use in building scalable and sustainable organizational structures. She also offers her expertise in business management and diversity projects as the SBIRT Program Coordinator at the Medical University of South Carolina (Marion , SC). Now, She is Senior Organizer of The Working Families Party. In addition to her professional accomplishments, Ms. Williams is dedicated to the betterment of her community and provides compassionate leadership as an advocate, philanthropist and political leader throughout Marion County and the surrounding area. As a community activist, the Founder of District 5 Coalition, and a member of SC Emerge, she believes wholeheartedly in being the change she wishes to see in the world and not only talks the talk but shows up in walking the walk.
